Ingredients:

4 tablespoon Butter
4 tablespoon Flour
1 cup Milk
1 cup Cream
1 teaspoon Salt

Make white sauce by melting butter and mixing in flour, working to a
smooth paste. Add milk, a small amount at first, and mix to a creamy
paste. Add remaining milk and cream and salt, cooking over low heat
until thickened. Serves approximately 6.
