1 Onion, minced
1 Green pepper, minced
2 Tomatoes, peeled, quartered
15 ounce Tomato Sauce
1 One half cup Water
2 teaspoon Chili powder
2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 One half teaspoon Garlic powder
Three fourths cup Brown rice
2 tablespoon Salsa
Stir all ingredients together. Cover and cook on low 710 hours.
