Recipe - Jills Pork Chops

8 Pork chops
1 cup Seasoned bread crumbs
3 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
1 Egg; beaten
2 tablespoon Milk
One half tablespoon Butter
Combine crumbs, cheese, salt and pepper. Combine egg and milk. Dip chops
into crumbs, then egg mixture, then crumbs. Melt butter in casserole; place
chops in casserole. Bake at 325 for 1 hour until done.
