Recipe - Jiffy Lasagna Casserole

1 pound Ground beef
10 Green onions; chopped
2 cn (8oz) Hunt's tomato sauce
with cheese
1 One half teaspoon Salt
One fourth teaspoon Oregano
One fourth teaspoon Basil
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
1 Clove garlic minced
1 pack (8oz) wide noodles; cooked
and drained
1 cup Cottage cheese
1 cup Dairy sour cream
One fourth cup Minced parsley
Brown and drain beef. Add onions and cook lightly. Ad Hunt's sauce, salt,
oregano, basil, pepper, and garlic. Simmer five to ten minutes. Combine
cooked noodles, cottage cheese, and sour cream in twoquart rectangular
baking dish. Alternate layers of noodle mixture and sauce mixture, starting
with noodle mixture and ending with sauce mixture. Bake at 350 25 to 30
minutes. Makes six servings.
