Recipe - Jicama Waldorf Salad

1 lg Jicama
6 Celery stalks; cut or sliced up
2 cup Pecan halves; toasted
2 cup Green seedless grapes;
halved
6 Oranges; peeled and minced
16 ounce Plain yogurt
Honey
Lime juice
You have a choice of grating the jicama with the grater on your food
processor or chopping it up, apple style. Combine all the ingredients;
season the yogurt with honey and lime juice to taste; toss it all together.
