Recipe - Jicama Salad Topping (Mf)

6 ounce Jicama, peeled, cut into
fine julienne strips
2 Navel oranges, peeled, cut
into supremes
1 md Red bell pepper, cut into
fine julienne strips
One half teaspoon Grated orange zest
2 tablespoon Orange juice, (up to 3)
1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
1 pn Sugar
Salt and freshly ground
black pepper
Combine all of the ingredients and season to taste. Serve as a topping or
side dish.
