Recipe - Jewish Apple Cake (2)

1 cup Vegetable oil
2 cup Sugar
4 Eggs
3 cup Flour
One fourth cup Apple or orange juice
2 One half teaspoon Vanilla
3 teaspoon Baking powder
5 tablespoon Sugar
2 tablespoon Cinnamon
1 cup Apples
Mix first seven ingredients well. Chop apples coarsely. Mix sugar and
cinnamon, then add apples and coat them well. Layer batter and apples in a
greased tube pan. Sprinkle remaining cinnamon sugar on top. Bake for 1
One half hours at 350 o F.
