1 tablespoon Onion powder
1 tablespoon Dried thyme
2 teaspoon Ground allspice
2 teaspoon Freshly ground black pepper
2 teaspoon Ground red pepper
1 teaspoon Salt
Three fourths teaspoon Ground nutmeg
One fourth teaspoon Ground cloves
Combine and store in an airtight container, yield: 1/3 cup. Directions for
gift card: Rub or sprinkle jerk seasoning on chicken and seafood before
broiling or grilling
