2 Garlic cloves
1 tablespoon Sugar
5 tablespoon Salt
3 tablespoon Cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon Sage
1 teaspoon Caraway seeds
1 pt Water, iced
1 tablespoon Coriander
1 tablespoon Fennel seeds, cracked
10 pound Pork butt
2 teaspoon Pepper
Mix all ingredients well and stuff into 3235 hog casings. See "How to cook
