Recipe - Jans Stuffed Mushrooms

Garlic Clove to taste;
Minced
1 md Onion dice fine
4 tablespoon Parmesan Cheese grated
One fourth pound Provolone Cheese grated
One half pound Sausage Meat Bob Evans
1 pound Mushroom Caps whole,
Large
Saute sausage until crumbly. Add onion and garlic, and cook until soft.
Drain sausage mixture.
Fold cheeses into mixture, and stuff the mushroom caps.
Bake in a 375 degree oven for 20 minutes. Broil for a few minutes to
lightly brown top, if desired.
