One fourth cup Olive oil
1 cn Anchovies; (2 ounces) drain
1 cl Garlic; mince
2 small Red chili pepper; chop
2/3 cup Black olives; chop
3 Leaves basil; chop
3 tablespoon Parsley; mince
12 ounce Marinara sauce
2 tablespoon Capers; drain
Penne pasta; cook; drain
In olive oil saute anchovies until dissolved; add garlic, chili pepper and
olives. Saute a few minutes. Add basil, parsley and marinara. Simmer for 5
