Recipe - Jamaican Yam Casserole

One half md Banana thickly cut or sliced up
One fourth cup Orange juice
One half teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
2 tablespoon Pecans coarsely chopped
2 tablespoon Toasted flake coconut
Yams drained
Start heating oven to 350=B0F. In a buttered 1at casserole, arrange=20
yams, banana. Pour juice over all. Sprinkle with salt, pepper. Top with=
=20 pecans and coconut. Bake, covered, 30 minutes.
