Ingredients:
Jamaican Jerked Chicken recipe makes 20 Servings
One half cup Ranch dressing
1 teaspoon Allspice
Few drops hot pepper sauce
One fourth teaspoon Curry powder
One fourth cup Garlic powder
2 Green onions chopped
2 Boneless skinless chicken
breasts (up to 3)
(comes from a kraft recipe flyer)
Mix all ingred. except chicken in shallow pan. Marinate chicken in the
sauce at least 30 min. Broil 34 min turn, broil the other side 34 min,
turn, repeat until done (depending on how thick the chicken is, may take
1020 min), basting with the marinade left in the pan. We usually serve it
