Recipe - Jamaican Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients:

1 cup Orange juice
One half cup Lime juice
One half cup Water
2 cup Sugar
5 lg Ripe bananas, thinly cut or sliced up

Yields enough to fill six 8ounce jars.

1. In a large, heavy saucepan combine all ingredients, except bananas, and
bring to a boil over medium heat.

2. Add bananas and lower heat to a simmer, stirring regularly until mixture
is thick.

3. Ladle into hot, sterilized jars and seal immediately according to
instructions accompanying your particular type of canning jars.
