Recipe - Jam French Toast Triangles

One fourth cup Preserves, any flavor
6 sl Whole wheat bread; divided
6 tablespoon Egg Beaters(TM) 99% egg
substitute
One fourth cup Skim milk
2 tablespoon Margarine
1 tablespoon Sugar
One fourth teaspoon Ground cinnamon
Evenly divide and spread preserves on 3 bread slices; top with remaining
bread slices to make 3 sandwiches, pressing to seal. Cut each sandwich
diagonally in half. In shallow bowl, combine egg beaters and milk. Dip
each sandwich in egg mixture to coat. In large skillet or griddle, over
mediumhigh heat, brown sandwiches in margarine until golden brown on both
sides. Combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over sandwiches...
