Recipe - Jalepeno Poppers

12 Whole jalapeno chile pepper
6 tablespoon Monterey jack cheese;
shredded
One fourth cup Flour
1 Egg
One half cup Bread crumbs
Oil
Slit peppers and remove seeds. Stuff with cheese and dip in flour, egg and
crumbs. Repeat to make a thick coat of breading. Deep fry in oil for 25
seconds. Serve hot
