Recipe - Jalapenorita

1 One fourth ounce Gold tequila
2/3 ounce Grand Marnier
One half Lime; Juice of
One half teaspoon TABASCO jalapeņo sauce
Rub rim of goblet with cut side of lime, then dip rim into saucer of salt.
Fill glass with ice. Pour first three ingredients into icefilled cocktail
shaker or pitcher and shake or stir vigorously.
Strain into icefilled glass. Shake in TABASCO jalapeņo sauce and stir.
Garnish with slice of lime.
Makes 1 drink.
Variation: Use margarita or sweet and sour mix to make drink as directed on
label. Shake in One half to 1 teaspoon TABASCO jalapeņo sauce per drink and
stir.
