Recipe - Jalapeno Cheese Sour Cream Bread Abm

1 cup Milk
One half cup Sour cream
3 One fourth cup Bread flour
1 teaspoon Beau Monde (or salt)
2 tablespoon Sugar
2 tablespoon Butter or margarine
2 teaspoon Active dry yeast
1 tablespoon Dried chives
1 tablespoon Ground cumin
When beeper sounds, add:
One half cup Shredded Monterey jack
One half cup Shredded Mozzarella cheese
One half cup Chopped red bell pepper
One fourth cup Chopped jalapeno pepper

Place all of firstpart ingredients in breadmaker, set for regular (or
white) bread, and start machine. When beeper sounds, add second set of
ingredients. With the cheese and sour cream, this makes a nice brown loaf
of tasty bread. Enjoy!
