Recipe - Jalapeno Vinaigrette

2 tablespoon Lime juice freshly
Squeezed
One half teaspoon Black pepper
2 One half tablespoon Sherry vinegar
One half Fresh jalapeno pepper
Seede
One half teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/3 cup Olive oil
1 teaspoon Salt

In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients except the olive
oil and whirl 1 to 2 minutes. With machine running, add olive oil, 1 tbs at
a time. Chill. Makes 1 cup
