Recipe - Jalapeno Sauce

12 Jalapeno peppers; deseeded
8 ounce Cider vinegar
3 Cloves garlic; bruised
10 Peppercorns
1 Bay leaf

I have concocted a jalapeno sauce that I wish to share. Having a surplus of
jalapenos from my garden, I tried this:

Place peppers and vinegar in blender and homogenize at warp 9 for about 23
minutes Funnel into a bottle and add rest of ingredients
