Recipe - Jalapeno Onion Marmalade

Ingredients:
Jalapeno Onion Marmalade recipe makes 4 Servings
1 One fourth pound Red onions
2 tablespoon Olive oil
2 Jalepeno chillies; seeded
and thinly
; shredded
2 tablespoon Honey
3 tablespoon Red wine vinegar; up to 4
3 Floz water
1 Clove garlic; crushed
Seasoning
Sweat off the minced onions in the olive oil. Cook until soft and add the
crushed garlic. Add the jalepenos and incorporate with the onions. Add the
honey and cook.
Add the vinegar and water and simmer until almost reduced. Adjust the
seasoning.
