Recipe - Jalapeno Cranberry Relish

4 cup Frozen cranberries; finely
chopped
4 teaspoon Freshly grated peeled ginger
2 Jalapenos; seeded and
chopped (up to 3)
One fourth cup Red onion; chopped
4 tablespoon Lime juice
1 cup Orange sections; minced
1 cup Celery; chopped
1 cup Sugar
Combine all ingredients. (For milder version, use fewer jalapenos)
Refrigerate relish. Makes 2 pints.
