Ingredients:

2 Or 3 Jalapeno peppers
Seed
Chop
1 pound SHARP Cheddar Cheese
Shred
6 Eggs beaten

Sprinkle peppers in well greased 9" pan. Cover with cheese. Pour eggs over
cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, or until firm. Cool and cut into 1"
