Recipe - Jalapapeno Corn Bread (Auto Bread Machine)

FOR 2 LB. LOAF
1 cup Plus 2 tab. water
2 tablespoon Soft butter or margarine
1 One half tablespoon Chopped jalapeno chili
Three fourths cup Frozen whole kernal corn;
thawed
3 2/3 cup Bread flour
One half cup Cornmeal
2 tablespoon Sugar
1 Three fourths teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoon Bread machine yeast

Measure all ingredients carefully and place in bread machine pan in order
directed by the manufacturer. Select Basic/White cycle. Use Medium or Light
crust color. Do not use delay cycle. Remove baked bread from pan, and cool
on wire rack.
