Recipe - Jack O Lantern Cookies

1 cup Beef broth
One half cup Soy sauce
3 ounce Bourbon
1 Clove pressed garlic
One half teaspoon Ground ginger
One fourth cup Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoon Mesquite honey

Combine ingredients in a glass jar, shake, pour over a 3 to 4pound, 2inch
thick sirloin and let marinate several hours, at room temperature, turning
several times. Broil over mesquite, or charcoal with mesquite chips. From:
