Recipe - Jack Daniels Ice Cream Soda

for ice cream
1 cup Cream
1 cup Milk
One half Egg yolk
One half cup Sugar
One half Shot jack daniel's
2 ounce Dark chocolate; melted
for chocolate syrup
One half cup Sugar
1 ounce Water
One fourth cup Cocoa powder
for soda
4 ounce Soda water; or until glass
is full
One half Shot jack daniel's

To make the ice cream, bring milk and cream to a boil. In a separate bowl,
mix the yolks with the sugar, then stir in 1/3 of the milk mixture. Stir
well, then add the rest of the milk. Strain through a fine strainer and add
melted chocolate and Jack Daniel's. Freeze in ice cream machine as per
instructions.

**if you do not have an ice cream maker, you may purchase your favorite ice
cream and add chocolate and Jack Daniel's

For the sauce, bring water and sugar to a boil, then stir in cocoa. Let
cool.

In a 16ounce Pilsner glass, pour in 3 tablespoons syrup, then top with 1
scoop ice cream. Repeat. Pour in Jack Daniel's and fill with soda water.
Serve with long dessert spoon and a straw.

Yield: 4 glasses
