Recipe - Jack Cheese Fondue

2 cup Milk
2 cup Dry white wine
2 ounce Butter
One fourth cup Flour or Butter roux
3 tablespoon Corn starch
One half tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
One half tablespoon Tabasco sauce
One half tablespoon Black pepper
One half tablespoon Celery salt
1 One half pound Sonoma Hot Pepper Jack
1 pound Sonoma Garlic Jack
2 ounce Sonoma cheddar
Bring milk to a boil; add flour. Stir constantly. Add wine and corn starch,
stirring constantly. Add remaining ingredients. Keep heat low; cook just
til cheese melts.
