Recipe - Ivory Sauce

Ingredients:

3 tablespoon Butter
1/3 cup Flour
3 One half cup Chicken broth
Salt and pepper

Make a roux of butter and flour. Whisk in chicken broth and simmer until
thick. Season with salt and pepper.
