Recipe - Italian Vegetable Casserole

2 Zucchini; cut or sliced up One half " thick
2 Yellow squash; cut or sliced up 1/2"
thick
2 Onions; minced
2 tablespoon Butter or margarine;
1 tablespoon Garlic; finely chopped
One fourth teaspoon Dried oregano;
8 ounce Lowsodium tomato sauce;
3 ounce Mozzarella cheese; grated
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Saute' zucchini, yellow squash and onion with
butter and garlic. Add oregano and tomato sauce; simmer for 57 minutes.
Place in a casserole dish and sprinkle cheese on top. Bake 30 minutes
