3 tablespoon Thyme; plus One half tsp

100 pound Ground turkey
2 cup Onion flakes
2 cup Salt
2 cup Garlic powder
2 cup Black pepper
2 cup Red chili powder
1 One half cup Fennel
Three fourths cup Thyme
