3 tablespoon Onion flakes; plus One half tsp
3 tablespoon Salt; plus One half tsp
3 tablespoon Garlic powder; plus One half tsp
3 tablespoon Black pepper; plus One half tsp
3 tablespoon Red chili powder; plus 1/2
tsp
2 One half tablespoon Fennel
1 One half teaspoon Thyme

FOR 20
20 pound Ground turkey
6 One half tablespoon Onion flakes
6 One half tablespoon Salt
6 One half tablespoon Garlic powder
6 One half tablespoon Black pepper
6 One half tablespoon Red chili powder
4 Three fourths tablespoon Fennel
3 tablespoon Thyme; plus One half tsp

FOR 100
100 pound Ground turkey
2 cup Onion flakes
2 cup Salt
2 cup Garlic powder
2 cup Black pepper
2 cup Red chili powder
1 One half cup Fennel
Three fourths cup Thyme

NOTE:Please check measures w/calculator on 10 & 20# amounts.I only make it
in 100 lbs lots.I have rounded fractions up or down as necessary.
