Recipe - Italian Tuna And Spiral Pasta Salad

5 ounce Package spiral macaroni
2 Cans (6 One half oz.) tuna,
Chilled and drained
6 ounce Marinated artichoke hearts
Chilled, undrained
One fourth cup Italian dressing
2 tablespoon Chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoon Capers, drained
4 Green onions thinly cut or sliced up
1 Rib celery,finely minced
1 cup Frozen peas thawed, drained
1 cup Sliced ripe olives

Cook macaroni as directed on package; drain. Rinse with cold water; drain.
Mix macaroni and remaining ingredients. Serve on salad greens if desired.
Amount of dressing may be adjusted to your taste and this recipe doesn't
call for salt and pepper which I add.
