Recipe - Italian Tossed Salad

1 Head endive
One half Head lettuce
1 md Tomato
8 Black olives
8 Green olives with pimento
1 cn (small) anchovies
DRESSING
4 tablespoon Good olive oil
1 Lemon; juice of
1 ds Salad herbs
One fourth teaspoon Garlic salt
One fourth teaspoon Onion salt
One fourth teaspoon Celery salt
One fourth teaspoon Salt
One fourth teaspoon Black or white pepper
Wash and tear greens. Cut tomatoes in cubes. Chop olives and anchovies. Mix
dressing and pour over salad just before serving. Garnish salad with whole
anchovies or olives. Serves 4.
