Recipe - Italian Style Meatless Meatballs

2 cup Tofu, well broken up
1 cup Wholewheat breadcrumbs
1 small Onion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon Natural soy sauce (or to
taste)
1 cup Wholewheat flour
1 teaspoon Oregano
One fourth teaspoon Basil
Combine the ingredients well in a large bowl, kneading the mixture a little
to help it hold together. Shape the mixture into balls and shallow or
deepfry them. Use these with spaghetti or bake them in the oven with a
nice Italianstyle tomato sauce (see recipe in this conference). Bake at
350ø for about half an hour.
