Recipe - Italian Stuffed Bread

2 Loaves frozen bread
2 pound Ground meat
1 tablespoon Each fennel seed, oregano,
salt & Pepper
Green onions, cut small
Grated cheddar cheese
Stuffed salad olives
Jalapeno peppers
Parmesan cheese
Let 2 loaves frozen bread rise. Divide each loaf into 4 parts. Roll flat
into about 1/4" ovals. Cook 2 lbs ground meat, with 1 tbsp each: fennel
seed, oregano, salt & Pepper. Spread over bread. Next spread green onions
cut small. Layer grated cheddar cheese lay, stuffed salad olives. Then a
layer of jalapeno peppers and sprinkle w/ parmesan cheese. Bring side and
ends of bread up and seal. Let rise 20 minutes. Bake til brown,
approximately 2025 minutes at 375 deg. Cool. Wrap in foil and freeze.
Reheat in same foil. Serve hot.
