1 cup Kraft Mayo Real Mayonnaise
1 cup Breakstone's or Knudsen Sour
Cream
1 Envelope Good Seasons
Italian Salad Dressing Mix
1 pack Frozen chopped spinach;
thawed, well
; drained (10 oz.)
One half cup Chopped red pepper;
(optional)
1 cn Water chestnuts; drained,
chopped
; (optional) (8 oz.)
Round sourdough bread; (or
serve in
; hollowedout red
; cabbage with
; assorted fresh
; vegetables)
Mix mayo, sour cream and salad dressing mix until well blended. Add spinach
and red pepper; mix well. Refrigerate. Serve with bread pieces and assorted
cutup vegetables or chips. Serve in round sourdough bread. Cut slice from
top of bread loaf; remove center, leaving 1inch thick shell. Cut removed
bread into bitesize pieces. Spoon dip into bread shell just before
serving.
