Recipe - Italian Soft Cookies

1 pound Bulk italian sausage
1 pound Bulk hot italian sausage
4 Cloves garlic minced
1 cup Green pepper chopped
One half cup Chopped onion
1 cn Tomato sauce 15 ounces
2 tablespoon Fresh parsley minced
1 teaspoon Dried oregano
One half teaspoon Chili powder
One fourth teaspoon Fennel seed
8 French rolls split
Three fourths cup Mozzarella cheese shredded

In a large saucepan or Dutch oven over medium heat, cook sausages, garlic,
green pepper and onion until the sausage is no longer pink. Drain. Add the
tomato sauce and seasonings; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer
for 30 minutes. Spoon about One half cup onto each roll; sprinkle with cheese.
