Three fourths pound Italian sausage links; cut
into 1inch pieces
14 One half ounce Beef broth
2 ounce Pimiento; drained, minced
1 cup Uncooked rice
One fourth teaspoon Garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
9 ounce Frozen cut broccoli; thawed
2 tablespoon Parmesan cheese; grated
Cook sausage in large skillet over mediumhigh heat for 3 to 5 minutes or
until well browned, stirring occasionally; drain. Add beef broth, pimiento,
rice, garlic powder and pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cover
and simmer 10 minutes. Stir in broccoli; cover. Simmer an additional 10
minutes or until liquid is absorbed and broccoli is tender, stirring
occasionally. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. 4 (1One fourth cup) servings.
