1 pound Gimme Lean
1 teaspoon Onion powder
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
One half teaspoon Fennel seed, crushed
One half teaspoon Thyme
Hot pepper flakes to taste
Mix well and roll into "sausage" shaped rolls. Bake 350 deg. for 15 minutes
on Pamsprayed greased pan. Flip and bake 15 more.
Cook in sauce One half hour if making for spaghetti or sandwiches.
I DARE you to tell me this doesn't taste like the real thing! This is so
much like real sausage, I can't believe it!
