Recipe - Italian Salad With Fennel

Ingredients:
Italian Salad With Fennel recipe makes 12-14 Servings.
One half cup Toasted fresh bread crumbs
or croutons
3 sl Salami, minced
One half cup Celery, chopped fine
One fourth cup Romano cheese, grated
1 cup Mashed potatoes, unseasoned
1 tablespoon Parsley flakes
One half teaspoon Sage, ground
One fourth teaspoon Black pepper, ground
One fourth cup Chicken or turkey stock
Mix the bread crumbs or croutons with the rest of the ingredients. Spoon
into the crop and body cavities of a 5pound chicken or turkey. Close
openings with skewers and lace tightly with string. Cook bird as you would
normally cook with stuffing in it.
