Recipe - Italian Roast Beef

1 (45 lb) beef chuck roast
Flour
1 tablespoon Oregano
One half teaspoon Chili powder
1/8 teaspoon Marjoram
One half teaspoon Celery salt
One half teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
1 Clove garlic; cut or sliced up
1 cup Onions; minced
1 cup Tomatoes; minced
1 tablespoon Horseradish
One half cup Catsup
1 cup Water
Roll meat in flour; brown in hot oil Place in heavy roaster; add oregano,
chili powder, marjoram, celery salt, salt and pepper. Top with cut or sliced up
garlic, onions, tomatoes, horseradish and catsup. Add water. Cover. Bake at
350 degrees for 4 hours.
