1 Deep dish frozen pie crust
5 lg Eggs
One half cup Ricotta
One half cup Grated cheese
3 Sausage links (skinned,
cooked and drained well)
Salt and pepper to taste

Prebake pie shell. Place sausage on bottom of crust. Blend eggs and
cheeses and seasoning. Pour over sausage and bake 350 for 45 min or until
center is almost firm.
