Recipe - Italian Potato Bread

Small Loaf
1 cup Mashed potatoes
2 tablespoon Olive oil
1 One half cup Allpurpose flour;
unbleached
Three fourths teaspoon Salt
1 One half teaspoon Active dry yeast
Large Loaf
2 cup Mashed potatoes
One fourth cup Olive oil
2 cup Allpurpose flour;
unbleached
1 One fourth teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoon Active dry yeast
Place mashed potatoes into machine baking pan, add oil. Add flour & salt,
then yeast. Use rapid cycle for this loaf.
