Recipe - Italian Peasant Dressing

2 Egg yolks; beaten
1 teaspoon Sugar
One half teaspoon Salt
1 cup Olive oil
One half cup Lemon juice
1 teaspoon Paprika
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
3 teaspoon Chili sauce
3 dr Garlic juice

Combine all ingredients. Blend well & chill. Serve on crisp lettuce greens
with onion rings, hard cooked eggs & anchovy strips.
