Recipe - Italian Pasta Stir-Fry

8 ounce Linguine cooked
1 md Zucchini cut or sliced up
1 md Onion chopped
2 md Tomatoes peel/seed/chop
One fourth cup Fresh parsley snipped
1 tablespoon Olive oil
2 lg Garlic cloves pressed
1 teaspoon Dried basil
1 teaspoon Dried oregano
1/8 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Ground black pepper
One fourth cup Parmesan cheese grated
Cook pasta according to package directions. Keep warm. Slice zucchini
with GraterSlicer. Chop onion and tomatoes with Food Chopper. Snip
parsley using Kitchen Cutters. Heat olive oil in StirFry Skillet. Press
garlic with Garlic Press into Skillet . Stirfry 15 seconds. Add zucchini
and onion. Stirfry 23 minutes, until crisp tender. Add tomatoes, parsley
and seasonings to Skillet. Gently stir 12 minutes or until thoroughly
heated. Remove from heat. Stir in warm pasta and Parmesan cheese. Serve
immediately.
