Recipe - Italian Meatballs-Basic

1 One half pound Ground beef
1 cup Bread crumbs
One half cup Parmesan cheese
Three fourths teaspoon Garlic powder
One half cup Milk
2 Eggs
One half teaspoon Pepper
1 tablespoon Parsley
2 teaspoon Basil
One half teaspoon Oregano
Mix all ingredients by hand until very well mixed. Roll into small balls.
Option #1: Fry in hot oil, turning when done on one side. Option #2: Place
in baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Also, spray tops of meatballs,
Bake in 350 degree oven approximately 30 minutes or until no longer pink in
middle.
Serve with sauce of choice over pasta, or in meatball sandwich.
