Recipe - Italian Meat Loaf

1 Egg, beaten
1 One half pound Ground beef
1 cn (8 oz) pizza sauce
Three fourths cup (3 oz.) Velveeta Shredded
Pasteurized Process Cheese
Food
Three fourths cup Old fashioned or quick
Oats, uncooked
One fourth cup Cold water
One half teaspoon Dried oregano leaves,crushed
In a large bowl,combine all ingredients except One fourth cup of the sauce; mix
lightly.Shape into a loaf in a 10 x 6" baking dish. Bake @ 350 degrees for
1 hour. Top with remaining sauce. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
Makes 6 servings.
