Recipe - Italian Lemon Ice

Ingredients:
Italian Lemon Ice recipe makes 24 Servings
8 Lemons (up to 10)
1 tablespoon Grated lemon peel
1 One half c. lemon juice (up to 1)
8 cup Water
One half teaspoon Salt
For a difference in flavor, add 2 or more cups of another fruit that is
cut or sliced up , minced or pureed. Such as strawberries, cherries, watermelon,
raspberries. In saucepan, bring to a boil 2 cups water and 2 cups sugar.
Let cool. Then mix together in an ice cream freezer as you would regular
ice cream.
