Recipe - Italian Cutlets

1 pound Ground beef
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoon Chopped parsley
Flour
2 Eggs; beaten
One half cup Bread crumbs
One fourth cup Vegetable oil
3 sl Mozzarella cheese; halved
1 pack Lawry's spaghetti sauce mix
(1 5/8 oz); prepared
according to pkg directions
One half cup Grated Parmesan cheese
Combine meat, salt, pepper, and parsley. Shape into 6 cutlets. Dredge
cutlets in flour, dip in eggs, and roll in crumbs. Sauté‚ cutlets in oil
until brown and place in a baking dish. Put Mozzarella slices on each
cutlet, cover with sauce, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 400°F
for 2025 minutes. Serves 46.
