Recipe - Italian Cauliflower

1 Cauliflower; broken into
flowerets
3 tablespoon Olive oil
1 Clove garlic; minced
One half teaspoon Salt
One half cup Tomato juice
1 teaspoon Chopped parsley
2 tablespoon Grated parmesan cheese
Heat pressure cookler. Add oil; saute garlic and cauliflowerts. Add salt
and tomato juice. Close cover securely. Place pressure regulator on vent
pipe. Cook for 2 minutes. Cool pressure cooker at once. Sprinkle parsley
and cheese over top. Makes 46 servings. MC formatting and posted on TNT by

NOTES : Cook no longer than the two minutes in recipe. Cauliflower is
perfectly done. Very tasty dish.
