Recipe - Italian Canoles

Categories: Cannelloni, Italian, Pasta, Italian Canoles
Ingredients:

1/3 cup Olive oil
1 One half cup Chopped onion
1 Clove garlic; minced
2 cup Tomato sauce
1 teaspoon Basil
1 One half cup Water
2 tablespoon Chopped parsley
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Oregano
One fourth teaspoon Pepper

CANOLES
1 One half pound Italian sausage; browned
1 pound Mozzarella cheese; cubed
Pizza dough (frozen bread
dough)

Saute onion and garlic in oil. Pour rest of ingredients in together. Add
water; bring to a boil and simmer 2 hours.

Flatten out balls of thawed bread dough; fill with meat and cubed cheese.
Seal edges; bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve with Italian sauce.
